Orders and Payments
- All payments must be made exclusively through GCash or QRph.
- Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation has been received.
- Once an order is confirmed, production of the handcrafted item will begin.
Refunds and Cancellations
To maintain our production schedule and the quality of our handmade items, the following policy applies:
- Eligibility: A full refund is only possible if you cancel your order BEFORE we begin the production/handcrafting process.
- Non-Refundable Status: Once production has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. At this stage, materials have been dedicated and labor has been invested into your specific order.
- Post-Shipment: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been completed or shipped.
We recommend contacting us immediately via our official chat or social media channels if you need to request a cancellation before your order hits the production line.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions
Users agree to use the website responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Placing fake or fraudulent orders
- Purchasing products with the intention of making fun of, harassing, or trolling the seller
- Providing false or misleading information
- Any behavior that disrupts business operations or harms the reputation of Crafts by Eanne
We reserve the right to cancel orders or block users who violate these rules.

- Delays caused by courier services
- Minor variations in handmade products (as each item is uniquely crafted)
